1.4 These Terms should be read together with the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which forms part of this Agreement by reference.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, to register an Account or use the Services. Creating an account on behalf of a minor or allowing a minor to use your Account is expressly prohibited and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

3.4 Personal Use Only. Accounts are for the personal, recreational use of the registered individual only. Use of the Platform for professional gambling syndicates, arbitrage betting, matched betting strategies or any commercial purpose requires prior written consent from the operator.
3.5 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information at registration and update your Account details promptly if any change occurs. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, name or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game or sport rule, the specific rule shall prevail for that market or game.
6.2 Cricket & Sports Betting. Markets available on the Platform may include — but are not limited to — PSL fixtures, Pakistan international cricket matches, ICC tournament events, Test series, T20I and ODI matches, and international football and UFC events. References to these sporting events are for betting-market context only. ex777 has no official partnership or affiliation with the PCB, PSL, ICC, FIFA, UFC or any sports governing body, team or individual athlete.
6.3 Odds are subject to change prior to bet confirmation. Once a bet is confirmed, the odds at the time of placement are binding. In-play ("live") odds may be suspended or adjusted at any time during an event at the operator's discretion.
6.4 The operator reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, at incorrectly displayed odds, on a market that was incorrectly offered, or where the outcome was already known at the time of placement.
6.5 Maximum stake limits, payout caps and minimum bet values may apply per market, sport or game. These limits are displayed within the Platform and may be adjusted at the operator's discretion.
7.1 All bonuses, free bets and promotional credits offered by ex777 are subject to the specific terms applicable to each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, time limits and maximum withdrawal caps derived from bonus winnings. These specific terms take precedence over any general Bonus terms contained herein.
7.2 All bonus figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative unless confirmed at the time of your registration or deposit. The operator reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time with or without prior notice.
7.3 Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable Wagering Requirement has been fully satisfied. Withdrawal of Real Money Funds prior to satisfying a Wagering Requirement may result in the forfeiture of all related Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom.

10.3 Nothing in these Terms transfers to you any ownership of or rights to any Platform intellectual property beyond the limited usage licence described in clause 10.2.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ex777 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including — without limitation — loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or business interruption.
11.2 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The operator does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability.
11.3 The operator accepts no liability for losses arising from your use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful. You use the Platform at your own legal and financial risk.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law in the applicable jurisdiction.
